GL Collect is a product of Litigo Limited (company number 16053612), trading as GoLitigo, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available on request.

GL Collect is an AI-powered tool that generates debt recovery documents including polite chasers, Letters Before Action, court claim forms, and statutory demands. GL Collect is not a law firm, does not employ solicitors, and does not provide legal advice.

No solicitor-client relationship is created between you and Litigo Limited, GoLitigo, or GL Collect by your use of this service.

AI-generated content may contain errors. While we endeavour to produce accurate content referencing current UK legislation and Civil Procedure Rules, AI systems can and do produce inaccurate information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before use.

No guarantee of recovery. We make no representation or warranty that any debt recovery document generated by GL Collect will result in successful recovery of money owed. Recovery outcomes depend on the specific facts of your case, the debtor's circumstances, and many factors beyond our control.

3. Who Can Use GL Collect

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use GL Collect. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Free Tier and Payments

Your first 5 debts are free. Subsequent debt recovery documents are priced from £2 per document, payable via Stripe before the document is generated. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Debt recovery documents are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge that:

• The digital content will be delivered immediately;
• You waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;
• Refunds are not available once the document has been generated.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using GL Collect, you agree that:

• You will review all generated content carefully before sending any debt recovery document;
• You will verify all legal citations, dates, and factual claims in generated documents;
• You will not send knowingly false or fraudulent claims;
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether to send a document and for the content you send;
• You understand that deadlines for legal proceedings are strict and you are responsible for meeting them — GL Collect does not monitor or guarantee deadline compliance;
• For high-value debts or complex disputes, you will consider seeking advice from a qualified solicitor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Litigo Limited accepts no liability for the outcome of any debt recovery undertaken using content generated by GL Collect;
• Litigo Limited accepts no liability for any financial, legal, or other loss arising from your use of GL Collect, including but not limited to: unsuccessful debt recovery, counterclaims, costs awarded against you, or any consequential losses;
• Litigo Limited accepts no liability for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including incorrect legal citations, factual errors, or outdated information;
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GL Collect shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The GL Collect platform, design, and technology are owned by Litigo Limited. Documents generated for you are licensed for your personal use in connection with the specific debt described. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.

9. Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using GL Collect, you acknowledge that the information you provide (including debtor details and invoice information) will be processed by AI systems (Anthropic Claude) to generate your debt recovery documents. Your data is not used to train AI models.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use GL Collect to generate fraudulent claims, harass debtors, make false claims to courts, attempt to pervert the course of justice, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
